Team and Role Introduction:
MCL Warehouse Supervisor manages people and assist the Team Manager to optimize the deployment and processes within the respective function in the warehouse with the aim of meeting the productivity and cost targets.MCL Warehouse Supervisor supervises the strict compliance of workplace health and safety & security standards amongst the workforce with the aim of zero incidents.
Responsibilities:

-Assist the team manager to ensure the respective function under charge achieve the warehouse KPI’s such as productivity, overall cost, backlog, accuracy, etc
-Ensure the function in charge is operating during shift at optimal manpower resource and in a healthy, safe and secured environment free of incident.
-Provide leadership direction and clarity to the function team to ensure the team is working at optimal productivity daily.

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
Qualification:
-Candidate should possess bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, Professional Degree in Logistic/Warehouse Management, management or equivalent Competency:
-Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve in a timely manner
-Must possess strong interpersonal skills
-Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, fulfilment management team local and regional, other department and business stakeholders
-Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skilfully gather and analyse information
-Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
-Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
-Must be dependable, able to follow instructions and improve performance through management feedback
-Have knowledge in logistics management and strategy
