Job Description
- To communicate clearly and concisely with colleagues & clients (especially on
client’s request and instructions)
- To perform administrative works, such as but not limited to generating costing,
preparing quotation, filing, billing, follow-up with job files in a timely and accurate
manner
- Attend to clients’ request in a timely manner to email / request. Manage client’s
expectation
- Prompt and accurate update of data in Salesforce. Ensure documentation and
entries in Salesforce comply to the standard operating procedures of various
department. Ability to identify inconsistent data.
- Coordinate and execute premier customer services according to quotation and
costing with the support of the relevant departments to achieve customer’s
satisfaction
- Plan and prepare the required resources to ensure that the services are in
accordance with the quotation and costing
- Actively seek and consolidate information, process request from clients for
Operations/Warehouse preparation and planning
- Main liaison with the other departments to ensure a timely and professional
execution of project
- Monitor and ensure that project is delivered in a timely and correct manner
- Actively collect feedback from client for review and improvements. Share the
feedback with the other departments for learning points and self-improvements
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-year experience in related field
- Proficient computing skills (Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Arts Management and/or Hospitality experience preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Customs & Freight Formalities
- Excellent time management, organizational and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently under a tight timeline / pressure
